Lack of mobile site will cost you loyal customers

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but at this point if your website’s not optimized for mobile devices, it’s probably costing you business.

Here’s how bad it’s gotten: 50% of mobile users say they’ll turn to a company less often – even if they like the business – if it doesn’t have a mobile-friendly site.

That’s according to a new Google survey of smartphone users.

Another 48% said if a site didn’t work well on their smartphones, it made them feel like the company didn’t care about their business. Ouch!
